Okay, well, I heard about Miyavi possibly going to Disney World, I bugged my friend about possibly getting him to make a trip to this year's PMX as well.  And this is the AIM convo my friend had with the guy in charge of PMX and thus the guests of honor (GOHs)

My friend is marked 'Friend' and the guy in charge is marked 'GOH Guy'.  Lame labeling and all, but just to keep things nice and clear and I don't want my friend to get spammed on AIM.  =3

Friend: A few people have been asking about Miyavi
GOH Guy: It's a possibility
GOH Guy: But he changed labels
GOH Guy: So a lot of things changed
GOH Guy: That's why he had to cancel last year
Friend: I remember, the company that confirmed it no longer was with Miyavi if I remember correctly
GOH Guy: Yes, the booked him past when he was with them
GOH Guy: So the new label got pissed
GOH Guy: I think he was going to some generic convention in Florida
GOH Guy: But that was in May
GOH Guy: Which is how PMX was going to tie into him
GOH Guy: Definitely you should post this on the forums
GOH Guy: We know the labels are reading what is posted
GOH Guy: So a lot of fans asking for him might help
Friend: Ahh I see I see
Friend: the forums are public right?
GOH Guy: Yes
Friends: if so I can get them (the fans) to post there.
GOH Guy: That's the idea
GOH Guy: We want the labels to know that they have a fan base waiting for them
Friend: Instead of me just saying "Some people are interested in miyavi"
Friend: I see okay
GOH Guy: Because we can set up a concert
GOH Guy: But all the label cares about is fans
Friend: Ahh understood
GOH Guy: The other factor is that someone like Harry Lo will go wherever he will make the most money
GOH Guy: If he thnks there is a stronger market at PMX, he will try to bring him there
Friend: That guy is the PMX leader
GOH Guy: We'll also work with the labels to do what we can
Friend: Okay I'll get the people that want him to post on the forums

So...if you want Miyavi to come to the PMX, go to the forums and *VOICE IT*.  If anyone lives in another area other than the west coast or Southern California, but would like him to come to their con, you can probably do much the same for your own local con since as the guy in charge of PMX points out, the labels *read the forums*.  So make him wanted.  I already started a thread on the PMX forums, so go there and start posting!

Hrm, well, I'm still sick, but I think I'm getting better.  I got some juice, bread, mayonaise, turkey, and a package of pre-cut watermelon yesterday and it's a helluva lot more healthy than what I've been eating earlier, so I certainly feel a lot better even though my cold's not gone.

Hrm, and about my worriedness and stuff...I think I just had a horrible nightmare-ish feeling that something was going to repeat and it was just like "NO NOT AGAIN!!!!!  IYAAAAAAAAA~!!!!!!!!"  So yah.
